Continuous LLC (cntnus) Acceptable Use Policy & Security Safe Harbor
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all human users, organizations, and autonomous AI agents accessing any cntnus Service. Because many of our tools—such as URL shorteners, webhook dispatchers, synthetic monitors, DBaaS, and HTTP inspectors—interact directly with external networks, strict compliance with this AUP is mandatory. If this AUP conflicts with the Master Terms of Service on a question of permitted use, this AUP controls.
1. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content
You may not use any Service to upload, shorten, route, store, index, or distribute:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or CSAM links: Results in immediate, permanent termination without notice and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Phishing, Credential Harvesting & Deception: Deceptive login pages, brand impersonation, OAuth consent phishing, or fraudulent financial/crypto schemes.
- Malware & Exploit Delivery: Ransomware, trojans, command-and-control (C2) beacons, infostealers, or exploit payloads.
- Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), Doxxing, or Credible Threats of Violence.
2. Network, Webhook & Agent Infrastructure Abuse
You must not use cntnus infrastructure as attack tooling or an open relay:
- No Unauthorized Targets (SSRF / Probing): You may not point cntnus synthetic latency monitors, webhook dispatchers, or HTTP request inspectors at third-party servers you do not own or lack explicit permission to test, nor attempt to query cloud metadata endpoints (e.g.,
169.254.169.254). - No Open Relays or Bulk Spam: You may not use cntnus communications or webhook platforms to send unsolicited bulk messages, evade blocklists, or test spam filter deliverability.
- No Denial-of-Wallet or Quota Evasion: You may not orchestrate multi-account sybil attacks to bypass free-tier limits, trigger recursive serverless execution loops, or conduct unauthorized load testing against
*.cntnus.appendpoints. - No Cryptocurrency Mining: Using serverless compute, DBaaS instances, or sandboxed environments for proof-of-work mining is strictly prohibited.
3. Monitoring Asymmetric Reservation
We do not inspect your private database contents, encrypted secrets, or webhook payloads in the ordinary course of business. However, we reserve the right (without assuming the obligation) to investigate credible abuse reports, inspect minimum necessary metadata, and immediately block offending URLs, IPs, webhooks, or API keys without prior notice.
4. Good-Faith Security Research Safe Harbor
We welcome independent security researchers. If you discover a vulnerability in any *.cntnus.app application:
- Report it privately to
security@cntnus.app(or via our/.well-known/security.txtendpoint) before public disclosure. - Do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data belonging to other tenants; use only your own test accounts.
- Do not perform volumetric DoS/DDoS or social engineering attacks against cntnus personnel.
Safe Harbor Pledge: If you comply with these guidelines in good faith, Continuous LLC will consider your testing authorized under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and DMCA anti-circumvention rules, and will not initiate legal action against you.
